* Once an order has been processed, we immediately begin preparation on your vehicle. Therefore, orders can only be canceled without any fees within 24 hours "no fee" cancellation period from day and time stamp of purchase.

* For orders that have already shipped you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any vehicles returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense including insuring the freight. Freight collect, COD packages and uninsured shipments will not be accepted.

* Vehicle must be returned in it's original packaging within 7 days in new and re-sellable condition. Returns will not be accepted if there is any sign of vehicle usage.

* This return policy does not apply to vehicles that have had any usage, custom upgrades, alterations, abuse, negligence, accidents or have not received proper maintenance.

* All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return vehicle that have any sustained damages.

* Orders may not be cancelled or refused due to extended transit schedules/times.

* All freight charges will not be refunded: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.

* All clothing, helmets or personal accessories are non refundable.

* We do reserve the right to charge an additional 30% RESTOCKING FEE if with any vehicle return, including vehicles that have been shipped, have damage in shipping either way, or have not shipped over the 24 hours "no fee" cancelation period.

Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. DuneBuggyCrew.com will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@dunebuggycrew.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.

Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.

Change Order Requests received by DuneBuggyCrew.com within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays. Unless the product has already been shipped.

DuneBuggyCrew.com reserves the right to charge additional fees for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Theses fees will be based on the requests submitted and you will be contacted by one of our representatives. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay shipping times.

Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@DuneBuggyCrew.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.

Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.
